At Al Manara Pharmacy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items are not the perfect fit or style, you can return them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, hygiene seals, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
