The Telfast-D (Fexofenadine + Pseudoephedrine) formulation combines this antihistaminic with a prolonged-release decongestion agent. It is an effective and potent antihistaminic agent, devoid of sedative effects and with a prolonged duration of action allowing administration once every 12 or 24 hours. It is indicated for the treatment of hay fever and chronic idiopathic urticaria.
