It contains the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride that helps to open up and clear nasal passages by reducing nasal mucus and returning swollen blood vessels to their normal size.

How to Use

For adults and children over 12 years, spray once into each nostril up to 3 times daily.

1. Clear your nose.
2. Hold the bottle upright. When using for the first time, prime with a few pumping motions until an even spray is achieved.
3. Lean your head forward slightly and insert the nozzle into a nostril.
4. Spray while breathing in gently, then repeat the process for the other nostril.

We suggest not blowing your nose for the first few minutes after use to allow the medicine to start working.
