How To Use

1. Remove a strip from pouch and twist gently to separate slits before use.
2. Wash face and thoroughly wet the nose.
3. With dry hands, peel the strip off plastic liner and apply the strip to the nose, smooth side down.
4. Press into the skin to ensure good contact.
5. let dry for 10-15 minutes or until stiff.
6. Carefully peel the strip off, starting at the edges, pulling toward the center.
7. Rinse any remaining residue with water.
